We aim to provide top-notch work efficiently! Our goal is to deliver videos within three business days of receiving a request. Yet, certain requests might occasionally require additional time for completion.

We offer unlimited revisions on videos, and work will be completed when you say it's completed!

Easy! Just login to our Stripe platform, and manage your subscription there. You can pause, cancel or update your payment info and plan.

Most of the times we don’t do color grading, but we are no newbies to grading. So if you want us to grade, we can do that as well!

You can send us as much footage as you like. However, longer footage usually means more time is needed for the edit. 

Most clients use dropbox, but you can use any cloud service you like to send us the material.

We're a team of skilled editors who have a combined 10 years of experience editing commercials and short form content. 

Easy! We use Trello for managing your work, and you'll be able to do requests there. Once you sign up for a subscription, you'll gain access to Trello, where you can read more about how it works.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional editing needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

There might be instances where you only have work for 20 days. If that's the case, you can let us know and pause your subscription at any time. At a later point in time, you can resume your subscription and enjoy the remaining 10 days you paid for.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
